- Onboard new users via email, chat and guided video calls
- Help our users increase their online marketing ROI with the use of our software and industry best practices
- Support users in use of our software, report bugs, mediate conversations between users and the rest of the Lebesgue team
- Conduct user experience interviews
- Monitor users’ advertising performance on Facebook and Google ads and proactively reach out to them to maximize opportunities
- Prospect and reach out to potential new users (don’t worry, we don’t do cold calling)
- Demo our software on calls with potential users and lead them to install and try it for themselves
